my friend was having her presentation and dear tk and i noticed that her font was pretty cool! so we decided to embark on a font hunting mission and though we did not manage to find that particular font i guess we found others like:

which just makes me wonder how people actually come up withs such font names. so how does a lame brain look anyway.
and on another note for those soccer people out there..this is the list of injuries for portsmouth players.
and by the looks of it. the reserve goalkeepers would have to come out to play the match in number 10 jerseys cus the only player left to play is prob O' Hara out of the rest of his first team teammates..
so who wants to be that wigan will flatten portsmouth? =)
and the time comes when school ends for the last time for many of us out there.

and i guess it would be interesting to dwell into the minds of teenagers
to see what exactly goes on inside their developing brain
how is it that some people in the same environment can turn out so different is amazing.
the total lack of emphasis on environmental issues have been clearly highlighted in this case.
and i guess contrary to popular belief..it doesnt mean that you get into a good elite school you
will mix with people of a certain mindset/standard and that will ensure you come out as a scholar nerd type of person
well its really all about balance and the way you choose your friends.
who you want to meet and who you want to hang out with at the end of the day
that can really define you.
family that used to be all important is just not that impt anymore once it comes to the growing up years.
unless something major happens to jolt these airy fairy heads back to reality.
as usual why wait till that day to occur. why wait.

as promised a long time ago..i said i would post some of my favourite shots of europe taken through the lens and eyes of greenboy.
its amazing how the place can just make a photo look so pretty
and of course
not taking anything away from the photographer who framed it really well.

yay eiffel tower! of which i have yet to go visit myself though i think ive seen it so many times in movies that it has sorta become nothing spectacular. then again i guess i might think differently if i actually get stand right there below it.
any thoughts for those who have had the opportunity to go?

had a great great game on saturday. really good.

thanks to applie and xiaojun for their constant running and diving for the ball..peifu cus they are netballers yet they really went for contact and were fierce rivals.
thanks to jie lin for rushing down after one call on the day itself.
and of course farui..for his constant running and scoring! (poor leg cramp)
thanks of course to the beach fiesta committee for managing to organise something of this magnitude.
im not one to really get impressed by many things around me maybe because
i do set up high standards for myself and others to follow.
but saturday was really a good showing by the arts club.
it was a definite surprise to hear that they had a dry run to ensure that all their refs were up to the mark.it was great that the refs were more or less consistent throughout their games.
didnt really see many teams complaining and i for one had my mouth shut the entire time i played. which is something good.
they actually had a good pageant going on..with everlast coming in with clothes sponsorship and prizes. people who were not playing were there just to join in this competition which was really fantastic. there were ppl who actually went to the centre stage to watch the ice cream eating competition which was something good as well.
this year was definitely something special esp with YOG sponsorships hence the good prizes
although it was a bit wasted that we didnt win..cus i really think we had the luck of the draw this time around but i am very glad that i got to participate and witness the hardwork put in by all the ocomm members who put in their heart and soul for this event.

was definitely a good 2 hour plus to remember yesterday.
glad you tried to start facing your fears and although you didnt manage to overcome the problems just yet..im proud of you nevertheless.
its really good to see that you are able to try hard at something you wish to achieve
(although you bo pian..not cus you want to engage in a nicer activity with ME!)
but its ok =)
start slow. the tortoise wins eventually.
been sitting at the comp the whole day writing a short section on methods and results for the 2 experiments i did. should have been something easy to do. skipped lecture as well but still feeling a bit blur about the whole thing. sigh. hopefully i can get my head around it soon..i wonder if asking the prof will result in lower marks given that i should know all these stpd stats methods by now. then again..how many psych people actually know.
shall have to come up with some graphs for the presentation and report soon. but for now.
its back to the books.mood disorders here i come.
