had a good time out today. really productive too.
but its time to hit the books and settle down abit.
after this week its no more play. just hard work and grit. i know that its only by doing this can i achieve what i want at the end of the day and leave NUS with a smile.
i know i can do it.
and i hope and know you will walk with me through this very last semester.
p.s read an article in the newpaper regarding an incident where this family brought a wheelchair (folded) up a bus when it was not a bus that could accomodate wheelchairs.
this situation resulted in the family refusing to leave the bus and leaving the bus stranded at mandai for 5 hours. the other commutors were told to get off and take another bus of course.
what could SBS have done about it?
the bus was told to stay. it did.
but was this the way to get the family to understand the situation? then again the family were not listening at all to the bus driver as they felt they did no wrong.
sometimes we are stuck at such cross roads. not knowing if its possible to move forward or back.
take a step back.relax.look at the big situation and do whats good for the masses.
in my opinion..just let the damn family on the bus and be done with it.
